hope all is well. It has been super busy with the start of school and meetings at least 2 times a week the past few weeks. Too many volunteer obligations but I really like it all. Slowing down though. This weekend I am at "Think Tank" (Cathy calls it Piss tank). It is the yearly strategic planning weekend for the Lifesaving Society, to figure out how to spend funds and use staff resources for the upcoming year. Only 25 invited from across the province so I an honoured to be going. Have been a few times but not for a few years. They put me in charge of the party for Saturday night. I guess they know me. everyone is bringing a drink, enough for everyone, to do a cocktail taste testing.
Anyway, this morning Ethan and I were in bed waking up to get ready for school. I went on the porch to feel the birds and I came in he was just lying on the bed looking up at the ceiling naming names. This is what I heard when I walked in...
"...Darling, Papa, and I love Bubby Paula, Bubby Dorothy, Emma, and I love Aunty Lala and Tim and ..." and I said "Tim? Thats nice" and Ethan said "ya, you know the guy "Hey, get out of my bed"

these are the things that need to be done at Mother's.
2. adjust the blinds--the cords need to be untangled or have new cords put in. Probably easiest and most efficient to untangle the cords.
3. rewire the living room light and fan so that they run off of a switch...fan switch and light switch.
4. install new ceiling light fixture in bedroom.
5. find the hearing aid papers and give info to Allstate for insurance purposes
6. work with Direnzo's to reset Aunt Cora's grave stone.
7. Talk with Middleton Senior Center and Black Hawk church about sewing assistance.
Mother and I are thinking of going to California for Thanksgiving or over the Christmas holiday.
